Common Symptoms of Gluten Intolerance

Gluten Intolerance is described as an adverse reaction to a protein found in wheat, rye, barley etc. Gluten-Intolerance is also called Celiac Disease. It is an auto-immune disorder brought on by genetic or by other environmental factors like, stress, fast lifestyle and many other uncommon and common factors.

Commonly named as: Celiac Disease or Wheat allergy (but in real term, wheat allergy is different from gluten intolerance).

Symptoms may include:
Digestive symptoms include Abdominal bloating and pain, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Constipation and many others.
Bloating symptoms are higher in the case of gluten intolerance. Feeling discomfort able as if your stomach or belly is full of gas after you’ve eaten. In fact, one study shows more than 87% of those with suspected gluten intolerance experienced bloating.

Weight Loss symptoms: Sometime, failure to absorb nutrients may lead to other problems, including weight loss and malnutrition.

Signs and symptoms related to weight loss or malnutrition can include: Anemia, Fatigue, Osteoporosis, Infertility or miscarriage, Mouth ulcers, Tingling, numbness in the hands and feet.

Skin Rashes symptoms causes an itchy, blistering rash. It may begin with an intense burning sensation around the elbows, knees, scalp, buttocks, and back.

Mood swings and memory loss are other symptoms some people experienced with celiac which convert into depression, irritability, poor memory and bad concentration.
